Robert A. Whelan, in only 34 months, has acquired 14 shopping centers and apartment communities valued at nearly a half a billion dollars located in the Southeast United States. Robert A. Whelan was the former Chief Financial Officer of a NYSE shopping center REIT. The REIT owned and operated shopping centers and apartment communities in the Southeast United States encompassing several million square feet of retail space.

Mr. Whelan has his MBA and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the California State University, Los Angeles. He also ranked in the top 1% in the national CPA examination. He was selected as a panelist at a national real estate organization conference and guest speaker at numerous public forums. He was also chosen as a top 40 executive in the New Orleans metropolitan area.
