  • The center is anchored by a 44,000 square foot Winn-Dixie Market Place, which generates a steady flow of customers to the project on a daily basis. Winn-Dixie sales at this location have continually increased over the past three years.
  • The tenant roster is designed to meet the needs of the Pembroke Pines/Miramar population, which is largely comprised of young families and elderly citizens. The Property has a 10,000 square foot child daycare center, six medical related tenants, a choice of restaurants and several service/business tenants, including a drycleaner and a bank.
  • The US Post Office represents a well-known community service, which attracts a variety of repeat customers to the center. A number of the tenants have been long-term tenants and continue to show their confidence in the center by renewing their leases.
