      North Heights Plaza is a 182,000 square foot Class A shopping center at a prime intersection in a centrally located, regional retail corridor in the North Dayton, OH MSA.  

       The center is anchored by Dick's Sporting Goods and Big Lots. Other tenants include Party City, ABC Dental, Five Below, Verizon Wireless and various other national retailers. North Heights Plaza is shadow anchored by Hobby Lobby, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Sears Hometown as well as the adjacent Target. Retailers across the street include Kohl’s, Marshalls, Elder-Beerman, Kroger, and others. The center also includes two multi-tenant out parcel buildings of 10,000 sf and 17,000 square feet.

        North Heights Plaza is located in Huber Heights, a suburb of Dayton, OH. The city’s close proximity to Dayton International Airport and the I-75/I-70 “Crossroads of America” interchange has long made it an attractive hub for the freight and shipping industry as evidenced by nearby distribution centers of Fedex, Coca Cola, ABF Freight System, Inc.
