      The center is located in a major retail node and a shared traffic signal with a Walmart Supercenter and Sam’s Club across the street. The center is located on Wildwood Parkway with approximately 60,000 vehicles per day and only 2.5 miles West of Samford University.    Located in Jefferson County, Alabama’s largest county, area demographics enjoy significant density in one of the most populated areas of Birmingham while also enjoying strong incomes in a state with low cost of living and wages. A three mile radius includes a population of 67,000 people earning $76,000 average income as well as 45,000 employees. The strength of the demographics continue in a five mile radius which includes a population of 184,000 people earning 70,000 average income and over 200,000 employees. These demographics are some of the best in the entire state.
